I read the FAQs and it says it doesn't support ATI TV All-In-Wonder.

Is there an updated version that supports it?

I am a newbie in using 7134 card & Dscaler. The card is working perfectly with K!TV.

My configuration is Asus TV/FM 7134 with driver 2.3.1.4, Dscaler 4.1.12. The sources of video & audio are setup and working properly.

But, I can see a portion of the video only. No matter using the arrow keys to alter the Y/X center values, at all times I can see part of the video only. But, very strange enough, I can take still picture in full size.

Same problem persists in using Dscaler 4.1.8 and 4.1.11.

How can I rectify the problem???

hi Asl, change backbuffers in the advanced settings to 0, you must have an SIS graphic chip (onboard). Or download an SIS UVGA driver which can display 1450+1050 (which your chip can't display) and move the now virtually 1450*1050 display and then the image is there in full. (search my old posts if you want to do that for a more detailed description)

You are a master! I forgot to mention I am using SIS onboard graphic chip, but your guess is correct!!!

I followed your instructions and the problem is solved then. Dscaler is working perfectly now.

Thanks so much

Question: which of the following cards are supported by dscaler, help didn't really sort it out?
Anubis Typhoon TV Tuner Card RDS Philips PCI (50673)
= 25€
(it has the SAA7134 chip, tuner may be phillips ???

or
ADS Technologies Instant TV PCI (PTV-350) I believe it has tda8290 as tuner.
33€
http://www.dscaler.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=3949&highlight=ads+instant
So I'm not sure if it actually works with sound (don't want to be the first one as with the PCTV STEREO)

which of the two works? and which one is better, as there are no real datasheets on the net, or is SAA7134 allways the same quality irrespectively of the tuner?
P.S: My PCTV Stereo doesn't give me any sound any more, so I would prefer another cheap card, but one that hopefully doesn't suffer the same sound problems as my shitty pinnacle. (It doesn't work anymore not depending on software - I must admit that tuning the cooling possibilities can not have done any good. But lets try somethin else!
Otherwise I will try another PCTV STEREO it's as well 25€, I can't return mine cause there are so many upgrades on it (for the heatsinks).

The ADS Tech Instant TV PCI has got a philips chipset SAA 7135 HL
The audio flux is internal, but there is also a line out plug, so no problem
Personnally I did not suceed in making working with DScaler using DScaler drivers ... only in WDM, it does not mean it can not work, I am not very handy with DScaler

Just in case, I have made a girder plugin for the remot of this card, it is only half way working because I have som duplicate key, but it helps

Finally I have now a Pinnacle 310i hybrid analog and DVB-t for the TNT, but I did not succeed more with DScaler for the analog part ...
But globally this card has a better quality in analog.

Thanks cricri, so if that one doesn't work with dscaler drivers I now only need someone to tell me about the Anubis Typhon, which at least for a start got an SAA7134 chip.

Maybe you can try to add this card caracteristics in the INI file, I remember having tried that with the ADS, but I only succeed in having a picture in black & white, so it may work ...
I will try to make tests with the Pinnacle as I do not have the ADS installed anymore ...

I found this text about the Anubis card on a linux-Kernel Page, if it uses the flyvideo3000 driver, does this mean it works with dscaler?:
