I don't think that this is the same bug as the one in the sticky.
Whenever I use avisynth in ffdshow and I'm using dscaler5 then the video seems to just stutter from the start.
I've tried all of the dscaler5 versions and when I try the Nvidia Purevideo decoder, everything works just fine.
So I think that the problem lies within dscaler somewhere.
The trial period on Purevideo won't last me forever so hopefully you can get the issue fixed.
Basically using any avisynth script from here:
http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=719041
I can confirm that the seesaw script works fine with Purevideo (smooth and everything) but as soon as I switch to Dscaler mpeg2 decoder in MPC then everything just goes down hill.
Great decoder. It works great when I don't use avisynth. But avisynth adds such quality.
If you need more info then I'll be happy to give it.
Thanks a lot.
Edit: also if you read the ffdshow thread I linked to above other people are also talking about the problem. I think on the 6th or 7th page. But it could be before that too.
Edit2: It could be avisynth's problem but because avisynth works with Purevideo I do think the issue lies somewhere within dscaler5.
I don't really know though |
