Just curious, but does anyone know why DScaler causes the M791 (Gateway OEM exclusive card) to lock up when attempting to capture audio from the card's inputs? I've tried a couple other programs without issue, but DScaler (and also VirtualDub as well) cannot get a response from my tuner card and requires a full-on reboot to use the card again.

Would I have to upgrade to a more compatible device, or is there possible hope to figure out what's going on?
