FYI:
I've used Dscaler 3.1.0 with the TV-Card "KNC-One TVStation", see
http://www.kncone.de/gb/gb_inhalt_tv.html

It uses a BT878 and Temic PAL 1 (4062FY5).

Seems to work very well.
