I'm the developer of a freeware application, and am in need of a deinterlacing filter, and hope to distribute your deinterlace filter with my application. I see some other commercial applications like sagetv ship with a copy of this filter, so this gives me some hope that it'll also be ok for my case.
I see this filter is covered by the LGPL, so this should be OK. Do I need to explicitly ask any one for permission? I'll ship the .ax file and the zipped source (since its small) in the same archive. I dont intend to change this filter. |
